neet.training ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Breviant Networks. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at neet.training.

By using neet.training, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account information When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo as provided by Google.

Usage data We collect information about how you use the platform: quiz responses, practice session results, mock test scores, chat messages with the AI tutor, chapter progress, and study activity.

Device and browser data We may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system for security and performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

  • Personalise your NEET preparation experience (chapter recommendations, weak-area detection, study plans)
  • Track your progress and generate analytics
  • Operate the AI tutor and respond to your study questions
  • Process subscription payments via Razorpay
  • Send important account and service communications
  • Improve platform performance, fix bugs, and develop new features

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. We apply Row-Level Security (RLS) policies so each user can only access their own data.

We use HTTPS across all connections and follow industry-standard security practices. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to any third parties, ever.

Your data is shared only with essential service providers required to operate the platform — such as our payment processor for subscription billing and our infrastructure providers for hosting and AI capabilities. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@neet.training. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

neet.training is intended for students preparing for NEET, typically aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, please contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the platform
