1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using neet.training ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.


2. Description of Service

neet.training is an AI-powered NEET exam preparation platform that provides:

  • An AI study tutor for Physics, Chemistry, Biology
  • Practice questions and mock tests
  • Performance analytics and progress tracking
  • Personalised study planning tools

The Platform is intended as a supplement to existing coaching or self-study. We do not guarantee any specific NEET score or rank improvement.


3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@neet.training if you suspect unauthorised access.


4. Subscription and Payment

  • Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription of ₹399/month after a 3-day free trial.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy content from the Platform
  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
  • Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on neet.training — including questions, AI-generated explanations, study materials, and design — is the property of Breviant Networks or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Content sourced from NCERT is the property of the National Council of Educational Research and Training, Government of India, and is used for educational purposes.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate — always verify against NCERT textbooks.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breviant Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
