Refund Policy

1. Overview

At neet.training, we aim to ensure every student has a positive experience on the platform. Because we offer a 3-day free trial before charging, we evaluate all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.


2. Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to the platform. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you decide neet.training is not right for you, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.


3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period — we do not pro-rate partial months.


4. Refund Requests

We do not offer automatic refunds after a charge has been processed. However, we will consider refund requests in the following situations:

  • Accidental charges — e.g., you forgot to cancel before renewal and contact us within 48 hours of the charge
  • Technical issues — the platform was inaccessible or significantly broken for an extended period during your subscription
  • Duplicate payments — you were charged more than once due to a payment processing error
  • Other exceptional circumstances — assessed at our discretion

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@neet.training with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of the charge
  • A brief description of the reason for your request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 7–10 business days.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after using the platform for more than a few days
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (we encourage you to report content issues so we can improve)
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal charge when a trial or prior subscription was fully used
  • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
